For FRLogger there are three ways to get support:

  • If running V0.1.0.15 or later you can submit an issue report. In FRLogger, goto help menu -> Submit issue report
  • You can join FRLogger and post a request for help there
  • Or you can email me at the address below.

I prefer the issue report as it will automatically send me a copy of your current log file. However the other messages are just fine.

In rare cases we can do a phone call or a TeamViewer session.

Regardless of how you request help, please give me the best possible description of the problem you are experiencing, screen shots are nice and include the log file if you can (the issue report under help does this for you). Logs for FRLogger are located in: C:\WS7MApps\FlexLogger\Logs
